Increases damage of Howling Mine by 10%.
For each 3 Refine Levels:
ATK +6
Increases Attack Speed (Decreases After Attack Delay by 10%).
Refine Level +7:
Increases damage of Howling Mine by additional 10%.
Increases damage of Dragon Tail by 10%.
Refine Level +9:
Decreases Howling Mine and Dragon Tail skill cooldown by 1 second.
Refine Level +11:
Increases damage of Howling Mine by additional 25%.
When Crimson Marker has been used, Increases Damage of Dragon Tail by additional 25% for 10 seconds.
